FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Shipping processing:

  • Please allow 2 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
  • We ship both locally and worldwide. 

Shipping times:

  • U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the destination country.
  • Average transit times for domestic shipping within the United States is: 7-10 Business days
  • Average transit times for International shipping: 7-20 Business days There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) - including the current COVID-19 pandemic - that may cause shipping postponements. 
  • While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. 

 

RETURN + REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at support@moonlitdandelion.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We ultimately want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have any questions or concerns please contact us and let us know. We apologize but there are not returns or refunds for custom orders unless they are damaged.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty if your order has not shipped! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@moonlitdandelion.com. 

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's tax policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

The customs value is made up of:
the price paid for the goods,
the insurance cost,
the shipping cost.

 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply notify us at support@moonlitdandelion.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

Although we package our items carefully so that they make it to you without incident, things can happen during the shipping process.

 If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another item free of charge.
